The ROC DESIGN design team gladly and successfully accepted the Sofitel hotel chain’s challenge to pitch against four international design studios. Their presentation on the redesign of a lounge and spa house with around 300 rooms in Marrakech was very well received by executive management for Southern Europe and North Africa.
Besides contemporary interior design for the rooms with bathrooms, the lobby, hotel corridors,
facade as well as the outside area of the hotel complex were fully included in the design concept.
In particular, the country’s unique flair was taken into account and combined with modern design elements.
